The the centrally depicted Antlers Hotel, originally built in 1884 and rebuilt after a fire in 1898, played a major role in the development of Colorado Springs as a resort community. Sadly, it was demolished in 1964 to make room for more modern development. Side images include Seven Falls, Cheyenne Canyon (note misspelling of “Canyon” on stein, below), and Gateway, Garden of the Gods.
